What We Can Learn

Well it's more what we can see.

Whether anyone learns anything or not is moot. People just all do whatever they want to do, and Wisdom goes in the streets begging, while they all fete 'kings and queens.'

Hot house flowers - grown in a day, die after the same amount of time.

The one very obvious thing that we can all see from the worldwide discussion about the passing of the Queen of England, and possibly the UK -, is that she is dead.

People do that, see. Human beings tend to do a lot of it and regularly.

You cannot go throw your lot in with the fools who insist they 'know stuff' about life, who do not even have enough of the powers of reason to see that they die after only a very short time.

It's not a long time like you think.

It would be different, if, you could drive around in a Rolls Royce all day everyday and live forever... ...or at least beyond the meager hundred years that the best looked after people might manage to get to; if even they are lucky.

And moreover, if you could live a good life - meaning one filled with interest and excitement and whatever else your inner being requires.

So does living a good life mean the Rolls Royce, or does it mean something over and on top of that? Does it mean an explicit something necessarily above the Rolls?

Okay so you have been real smart and real diligent, and you got yourself a Rolls Royce.

And you drove around in it a little bit then you died.

Oh you have no idea how tempted I was to just leave this one finished right there.

The really stupidest, most self-important, crude, arrogant and disingenuous thing that people who call themselves atheists always say, is that the 'fact' that they know there is nothing of them when they die, and that there is no god -, makes them hold immediate life all the more precious.

'All the more' than what? What is the comparison against? To be 'more than' it presupposes there is an 'against something' which is 'less than.' It cannot logically be against anything, since whilst they hold nothing 'at the end' then so what, but how in any case are they able to compare what a theist or even any other person feels about their life? What, are they jumping into people's head now? 

Biggest, most arrogant *holes.

Self-important, self-interested, self-aggrandizing lunatics.

But what we do too, ourselves though, is look at others around us, and we notice that it is desperately unfair that they may have, at a given moment, more or even much more material substance or material wealth, than we have, yet we are trying to not make sheer materialism the stone idol in our lives. So why do not the gods of ultimate pure morality and rational behavior allow us at least some substance; we do not ask for the top-of-the-line latest Rolls Royce!

Our mistake is in this part of the thing - 'rational behavior.'

You can analyze every aspect of your life (and that is not a bad thing to do, or a wrong thing) and go out into the streets, into the city, into the town, looking to make those human dendritic connections with 'right people.'

Won't work though.

Can anyone say why not?

(Rhetorical question - would ask it and leave it hanging in the air for answers if this were a lecture theater; but it isn't). 

You know what human life, normal ordinary human life, is. And yes, normal ordinary human life admits of no god. There is none there, none to be seen. So - atheism. No problem. Very common.

I will lay you the whole of London to a soggy wet bus-ticket that ** commits suicide at the end of his life.

There. Said it for him, although he is not the one I have sketched around the outside of this year earlier here.

You see, it is not so much a question of whether he - this person - has materially 'succeeded' or not in his life, because he clearly has done that (materially been successful). But it's a Jungian thing. Deep inside their unconscious, there is the collective unconscious relating whole swathes of data and information and at some point the person realizes that they have betrayed the whole of the rest of the human race - and that is what they are running from. They are not running away from life, and not from death either, or some kind of painful old age condition. They are trying to literally eliminate the traitor - which they know to have been themselves and themselves alone.

Human is not god in any way whatsoever. Human is a pre-deity condition. And between god and man there is a great gulf. No god will allow the impermanence of mortality to infect it, as such, by saying that 'the god part' will play second fiddle or take orders from the man condition.

And this is why Jesus Christ 'allowed' Himself to be murdered. 'You can rule as king over this whole world, if you but bow to me.' Nope. Nu-uh. And by the way, this makes Satan impermanent as well!

'Murdered,' 'killed' 'dead' doesn't mean anything to God.

Those are all 'man things,' they are not 'God things.'

So yes you may have the Rolls Royce - by God power.

And there is simply nothing of 'rational behavior' entailed in God power. Rational from the human perspective means rational to humans! And humans are idiots and temporary.

What would they know from 'rational??' (You will notice I just studiously avoided actually detailing the 'God power' stuff)...
