Lyfjaberg

So... There's this place in the Norse Eddas, right - 'Lyfjaberg.'

It's basically the same as the 'fountain of life' that one of the commanders with Alexander the Great, found in Sri Lanka.

But in the Norse sagas, the place is a 'mountain of healing' somewhere... ...maybe somewhere in Asgard; maybe there, although people are not certain exactly where.

"Every summer in which men offer to them at the holy place, no pestilence so great shall come to the sons of men, but they will free each from peril."

Will be at EDC Orlando right now,
after being delayed in LA
for ten hours!

And who is the 'they' that are offered something? They are nine maidens plus their leader (a tenth) who are among the most mysterious of all of the Norse identities being both Norns as well as ordinary 'Goddesses' (some Aesir, some Jotun, some part Elvish as well), and all Valkyrie too.

Unlike the standard Valkyrie who go to the Valhalla (which is definitely in Asgard), these dwell in a castle keep high up on top of a strange mountain that, again, no one really seems to know where the location of it is, and to make matters decidedly worse, in the Norse saga, the name of the sole warrior who ever got to enter there, happens to be the same word and name as a Sanskrit place and 'person' too, that also, no one is able to find, high up in some austere mountain ranges somewhere.

Nevertheless, one of the nine - Eir - unfailingly comes to the assistance of all mortals who 'sacrifice to them at the holy place...'

Now... There is a famed tree, said to be in the most beautiful grove anywhere - called 'Glasir' - and its leaves are red gold, and it stands at the front of Valhalla.

But no, it is indeed not there - although perhaps, you could say something like it is there, which, due to its likeness thereof, succeeds in convincing the slain warriors that it is the true 'Glasir'...

For the true 'Glasir' is before the gates of the keep at Lyfjaberg.

Is also there, right exactly now.
And what does electronic music have to
do with complex communication?

And none (no man) may go there from this earth, but he alone, whose name alone, is the word key that the gates themselves know to open to. And that individual, never tells his real name to the people of the earth, or of 'this world' but only to Fjolsvior, the guardian of the keep and also the guardian of Mengloo the leader of the nine.

Earth women, however, may received the assistance of Lyfjaberg, if they are able to ascend the mountain to the castle keep.

They say, if but only one time, a person, a mortal human being, glimpses such Ultimate Supernatural scenes as are to be witnessed in such places, never more can they return to the earth as they were previously, ignorant, in darkness, and in death.

Just a glimpse, one single peek into the truly numinous, or into the extravagant future of the favored...

Then, regardless of the destruction of worlds, regardless of the darkness of this world - to always be able to touch the Lyfjaberg waters or see the bright shining reddish gold light of the real and true Glasir grove... ...then, regardless.
