If someone spends their whole life just looking -, for 'solutions' to the numerous problems of life, when do they actually live in the mode of actual solution?
What a person is really doing by always 'looking,' is just looking to find problems not solutions; they're are not looking for the fluid path at all.

When confronted with a problem, a barrier, or obstruction, that is an entirely different matter.
We do live in a 'world with problems.' There is no sense denying it. So of course we can be confronted by a problem.
Human beings are apt to find problems everywhere, and mis-characterize them.

Now, hey, the word 'exotic' coming from an American's mouth is mildly funny to me at least. I'm sure he would know 'exotic,' right? Not.
None of us can be that arrogant or over-confident that we are unable to notice just how austerely complicated real relationships can potentially be...
I am personally very arrogant superficially, but I do realize that in the face of what the 'intelligent Universe' might be trying to tell us, I am endeavoring to maintain some perspective in that respect.
We all here, have to give a lot of serious thought to what to hand onto other people; I'll not say to 'next generations' because I know better than to say that.

Someone 'might' at some point in the future, extract a glass tube-grown 'human' from some specific DNA lines - and then what will you have? You'll have a superficial organic item.
That item will neither be 'peculiar' nor 'exotic.' ...Those characteristics are all 'from within.'
People are always seeking, 'proof and evidence.'
Well can y'all stop doing that please? And come up with something new, something new out of your own mind, and consciousness. Something thrilling and amazing.

Here's something peculiar. A tea made by boiling a tiny amount of psychedelic mushroom, harvested before its veil had properly broken, mixed at the end with blue mallow flowers and then strained. Sipped from a teacup made of green glass. While doing half an hour's worth of alternate nostril breathing. Wearing earplugs.

Also peculiar: A dream about a big red (exotic) fire truck parked in my dad's driveway. Climbing around its shiny red exterior, investigating the many external storage compartments. Making a number of interesting discoveries, but especially the recip. saw, lacking a battery, with the brand name "Boss" on it. Hours later watching "Woodro Hyun Lee" on youtube working on his cnc milling machine, attach the dust collector to the machine. The word "Boss" written in sharpie on its side as a joke.

With its implications about eerie effects that could connect the dreaming and waking life. And then the peculiar remarks appearing here about synchronicity.
DeleteSpeaking of dreams: I had a dream of USA's capital - that it was abandoned, but preserved for its "ruins." Archaeological tourists were walking amongst the ruined monuments, making pithy comments to each other.

ReplyDeleteHa. You're a really good BS'er! "Blowing smoke..." However I didn't tell you about the other scene in that dream, which makes your current comment a little eerie. There was a man, who had a sort of basement room office. Not too far under ground. I was introduced to him, but later I was told "let's see what the old guy is doing now..." So. In his room was a man, sort of not conscious, but not asleep. Hunched over with his head on the table. Around the walls were many pictures and bits of paper having to do with his life, like ephemera, but specially gathered there for a purpose. The "old guy" was sitting at something that reminded me of a sink, with his hand on what would be a plumbing fixture, like a faucet. He was moaning and crying about how ashamed he was that the "sleeping person's" soul had somehow become "disconnected." It was understood that through the connection made at the "sink" he could correct this situation, by intervening on behalf of the unconscious one, accepting fault as his own.

All nonsense aside, you have made some comments here about dreams, and I've sort of decided that it's pretty reasonable, in light of things various people in the world have been saying, like Roger Penrose, to suppose that you are correct about that. Which is kind of crazy. About a week ago a guy who works at the hardware store near me was saying "there are two things the people who 'own the planet' have hidden from us... one is the true nature of consciousness...." Of course I don't subscribe to the whole "people who own the planet" stuff.
