An Astonishing Money Story...

I suppose those of you who have been reading for a long time now, will still know pretty scant details of what I was doing um, twenty and more years ago.

Well, in order to raise the shutters a little to allow some insight, I'm going to go by way of some old 'stories' - which are all completely true by the way, which doesn't mean the militantly skeptical are going to credit them, necessarily.

Anyway... ...once upon a time, my sister worked for Australasia/Pacific's biggest licensed bookmaker (you know, guy who gives odds on gambling propositions and takes your money and gives you more money if what you predicted turns out correctly called). That gentleman's name was Rod Evans, and he was the individual who 'carried' all of the money for the most senior Australian government officials and politicians. Robert J. Hawke, Australia's most electorally-successful Labor Party leader and at one point longest-serving Prime Minister - was a close friend of Rod Evans. And so was the most feared Labor politician at the time, the Premier of New South Wales, Neville Wran.

It was my own personal car, that was used I guess 'covertly' to transport Neville Wran around when he came across to visit various of his friends in the West, including Rod Evans. Evans was part of the so-called 'Curtin Circle' which gathered in private in a secret room in the back of a strange set of buildings in East Perth, principally 'Chopstix Chinese Restaurant' and the Independent Order of Oddfellows' office. And so many a time I ushered a few identities into there and saw seated around the boardroom table, Rod, the Prime Minister, Bob Hawke, Wran, some race horse trainers, prominent bankers and lawyers and others.

My business partner, Bill Cocks and myself were on more than one occasion, doing that type of accidental 'thing' in that kind of place 'accidentally' but actually it was because 'they' trusted us; they implicitly trusted Bill and I was a young acolyte - that they also trusted. And they could trust me and I lived up to that trust. I was many times asked by various 'Royal Commissions' to voluntarily give evidence and never did and neither did I ever put myself in the position where authorities decided they had to compel me to give evidence.

Most of the people I met there in such places are all deceased now. Hawke died earlier this year, in May.

Anywa-a-a-a-ay... Most people today are not aware that one of the amazing successes of Neville Wran's life was that he was part of the most successful race horse gambling syndicate of all time - the Legal Eagles -, comprised of young lawyers, all of whom went onto serious and highly successful careers in the law, or diplomacy or corporate business touching on law matters.

Now... ...that having been said, yet nevertheless the most successful professional gambler I know or have ever met - is me.

I learned from the leader of the original Legal Eagles, and from others of their group, but I have maintained the 'life' and to some extent the lifestyle also, where they all retired and did other things as the mechanics of gaming changed over the years: odds quoted are now based on different algorithms compared to what bookmakers were wont to use, technology has altered a few structural factors, and well, people and society is a touch different too.

And it isn't that they didn't or couldn't keep up with the times, and that I did, but that they didn't keep up with social changes going on... Because the main lessons used by the original syndicate for undertaking professional risk all still apply and possibly they apply all the more so now than they ever did in the past.

Over the past, oh god, even thirty years, I have never felt things in the economy occasioned an approach to priced money markets (of any kind) that you could view altogether seriously.

The thing that kids and the inexperienced, the unsuspecting even unsuspecting self-presuming commercial institutions and banks and the like, never realize is that operations like the Legal Eagles when they make a threat in earnest it is a threat in deadly earnest; they are making a 'deadly' threat to the nature of and the underlying assumptions of your business (that is to say, of the bankers' and rival operators' businesses). They will cause you to close up. Or so radically have to change what you are doing that the effect is the same.

Now.

At any one time, I would have avenues of direct personal contact with all, of the big gamblers in South East Asia, and in Australasia and in that mix sit also groups who are based in the Middle East and who are Arabic.

And there has never been a moment until recently, at which I would say anything in 'deadly serious' - to any of these people.

So now I have spoken to some of these and I am moving forward on a specific plan.

For those of you who are militantly skeptical of anything and everything and even when Santa Claus drops fifty bucks on your own floor in front of the fireplace you question what picking it up entails - then you can put it down to the fact that I do have some authentic documented expertise in tax avoidance and money laundering (although I would dispute that it can really be termed that). However, the truth is, why people such as the Legal Eagles are successful is that they observe some massive flaw in a system, a flaw at the same time both easy to exploit but then so complex to know and understand in the first place (unless you did know it), that you are afforded a good long go at making money from it before others realize what is going on and then change all the rules and re-restructure the system to close the um 'loophole.'

I mean things are not designed or meant for you and I to make money!

Except the apex thinkers regularly 'break the bank.'

Now if you choose to stay around these pages from here on in, you are part of the apex thinkers and the apex predators also, in a sense.

I'm not hitching my wagon here to any named brand like say the Fuze Smart Card, but this is the kind of thing which will be part of the future. And it is definitely something that is on my radar. These things have far greater capacity than simply carry every credit card/cash card/bank card facility along with your bio-metrics and all of that jazz - they are intelligent cards...

They can do intelligent things. 

First though, we have ta find us some-a intelligent people who can intelligent-ize some good things fer us. Know any o' them kinda folk? LOL

And So Back To Materialism

In modern physics, the Macrocosm is expanding at the rate of hundreds of millions of miles an hour, and it is expanding beyond our capacity to measure it or know precisely where, or even if, at some point, matter slows down through inertia, reaches some state of absolute energy equilibrium creating a wall of immobility, or through the simple attraction of mass, retreats back again - an expanding and contracting Universe.

And again, in the direction of the Microcosm, things become so small that we are unable to 'see' them even through or most sophisticated instruments, and we are able to infer things only, at this point of our knowledge and understanding reaching what we suppose to be the basic components to everything: gluons, and muons, and mesons, and Bosons, and 'flavors,' and core logic principals of 'form' like chirality and pulse dynamics, and electromagnetic energy and fields.

Da Vinci's Vitruvian Man (a drawing by Da Vinci based on notes by the Roman architect Vitruvius) marks the conceptual nexus 'between' as it were, the outer extent of the Macrocosm, and the deepest interior of the Microcosm. The standard definition of 'God' being some intelligence and power which exceeds even those extremes or oven limits of matter and space.

Yet the mid-point is not the lesser point...

The Orphics

Well, I suppose rather than beat around the bush as I usually do, I shall just jump into the occasional 'other side' of Hollywood.

In the last article here, TheTaoOfJonze directed our attention to our good friend Stanley Kubrick once again, and specifically to that slightly ambiguous final set of scenes in 2001 A Space Odyssey.

Old Dave - very old Dave - is to be seen in a renaissance-style large drawing room with a bed in it, and of course, the iconic 'obelisk' which is seen throughout the entire movie. It seems Dave feels quite well, if clearly old, yet nonetheless satisfied; it would appear.

From the most ancient recorded times, there was this 'cult' - a very private, strictly exclusive cult, almost always restricted to only a handful of members of the upper aristocratic classes - which has been variously called the Cult of Orphues, or 'the Orphics,' also the followers of the Mysteries of Dionysus, and the Eleusinian Mysteries.  

Nobody has ever recorded or written down anywhere what it was they taught inside those religious 'cults.'

I have mentioned them before, here, specifically a few things in regard to the 'Parthenoia,' of whom Mary the mother of Jesus, was a member, since of course, as you all know, that was in fact the label given to her in the original texts. The Parthenon in Athens, is to do with this 'cult.'

These female 'Partheni' were taught how to procure death, and also how to survive death. They were a philosophical 'anti-thesis' to the systematic materialistic anatomical practices of the Pharaonic court physicians and their mummification ideas.

I mean, without going into it here, there is no modern era understanding about what the pyramids were at all and there is literally no connection between mummification and the original cultures of 'the pyramids;' and nor any understanding of the other monumental structures that are in the vicinity at least two of which have not been formally 'discovered' yet.

One of these is the small but profoundly beautiful 'snakes headed' figure nearby the Sphinx.

Anyway, the point is that in the Eleusinian Mysteries (in all of these 'schools' or 'cults' if you wish), they taught that a calm form of breathing ('eupnoea' - we still use this term in modern medicine) was related to the supernatural, the Divine, pattern that could help to instill 'life' - as in 'eternal life.'

But we are not simply talking about something like modern Yoga ideas here, these ancient cults had a concept about 'breath' or 'air' and then something that was a living kind of air, and which was quite different to the ordinary air we breathe and the ordinary way we breathe (ordinary air).

'Psyche' was the living intelligent 'soul' endowed into the material physical being, when 'pnoe' was breathed into that 'body.' Pneuma, was just the ordinary 'life' and 'air' around and in everything that existed in the material world, and did not have actual sentient intelligence.

Although almost all Abrahamic religions in their modern day forms say that 'God' is 'spirit' only - this is not what the early Orphics and then the Dionysus-pattern religion of Christianity believed. 

But I am not going to deal with that aspect here (God beyond just the spiritual), only with the specific conception they did have about in what way, God was Spirit when He was 'being' Spirit.

And when we look at these ideas, which are completely communicated in the Torah and Septuagint, we suddenly find something different to what modern people tend to 'believe' (that is, think they believe, because they think they know...)

Suddenly, we are confronted with exact and precise details about the material blending, entering in with, maybe becoming one with, the completely non-material, non-physical, and the Divine atmosphere Itself.

"The smoke of the incense, together with the prayers of God's people, went up before God from the angel's hand (my italics)."

It actually says in greater details '...was received and accepted by God' but modern translations leave this out, in the sense that they think it is redundant and implied by their translations.

This is from Revelation 8:4 but it is also simply a re-quoting of half a dozen earlier references from the original Torah.

And so, according to the literature, incense (of a specific composition) IS to be found, literally as in literally materially found - IN THE NON-EARTHLY SPIRITUAL PLACE(S).

Which is therefore either wrong and an incorrect idea, or else, it means that 'spiritual' does not actually mean non-material; even non-material from our plane or dimension of existence.

And my ultimate point here - what I am leading to - is that something about incense (or at least, this kind of incense - Opoponax, and Frankincense and other ingredients specified in the texts) is 'harmonically associated' with a beneficent aspect of the Supreme Divine. ...As the Taoists call it - 'the Supreme Ultimate.' ...If we go by these sacred texts; if those texts are conveying correct, true matters. Though I would argue they are in line with highly complex facts to do with neural topography and their complex functions: neural network firings at the highest level are like a constellation of stars all pulsing together in time code.

Additionally, there used to be similar religious or theistic philosophy ideas among the Orphics, about what we now know to be the non-spectral color 'mauve' or also 'Tyrian purple,' which the god Hermes was supposed to have invented or at least bestowed, to the divinely-approved rulers of human society.

It's getting late, I haven;t managed to really forcefully 'hit my target' at which I first aimed here when I began to pen this article, but hey, that's what you get when you're just hearing from a human!!

Hollywood Repudiates Hope, But We...

And for me the whole point about listening to a broad range of views and perspectives is that you will always learn something, whether you agree with someone else's proposition or not. It's remarkable how many new ideas just come along when you are open-minded, and how many things you never were focusing on, but that are important and well worth taking note of, nevertheless lie standing there outside one's usual circle of attention and 'vision.'

AND SO, ON TO OUR ARTICLE HERE...

The one thing Hollywood has specialized in, over many decades, is the presenting of visually attractive scenes, or a panorama, and then undermining the good feelings of that 'vision' with the injecting of a strong dystopian flavor, giving viewers an abject sense of human hopelessness and real spiritual poverty disguised, often, in an outer covering of 'the heroic.' Or, as in the case of say things like 'Eyes Wide Shut -,' the mysterious, the occult, magic, the dark.

Not actual 'natural humans.'

Now at some stage, maybe not to be addressed in this particular article now, it's necessary to look at what even is 'the spiritual.' It's very much more complicated than people, especially your run-of-the-mill religious people, know.

For someone whose direct family (both parents) had academic backgrounds in psychology at some level - it is almost second-nature that I quickly pick up on psychological techniques I see in movies and modern art and photography, about which there is a lot of academic literature available.

That is, there was, such literature widely available in the past, though now, these things are left on dusty 'rear stack' shelves.

The Tom Cruise 2013 movie 'Oblivion' is an excellent example.

The visuals in this movie are not just good, but they encapsulate a long tradition of sci-fi fantasy envisioning; about advanced futuristic human living: beautiful scenery, fewer people, really advanced technology.

And they have the romantic angle beautifully presented in there as well.

Now, whereas a lot of amateur commentators will typically say 'the presence of conflict as a theme, leads to the underlying drama' this is not at all what is going on. What is going on is the direct open repudiation of human hope, and the forceful depiction of despair.

There is not going to be 'resolution' after the 'drama.' There is going to be absolute loss, suffering, destruction, finality - and 'acceptance' (by you) of and then acknowledgement of personal oblivion. In the case of this particular movie, they were at least more up-front about it.

But they cover what they are doing with a wrapping of 'heroic sacrifice.' 

Right so what's the message? You give up, you give everything, you die, and that will be heroic of you. Ta-daaaah. But it's poignant. (LOL).

Hollywood succeeds in one particular deceptive exercise: they let you believe for an hour and a half, that they have materialized the spiritual.

They don't stop there. They leave you with the propaganda idea that 'the spiritual' is all bad and it cannot provide any authentic material hope (IE meaning, nothing there for you in the long run).

I was having a conversation with one of our members here just this week, and I said to him the thing about 'free will' is that it is a sine curve which does not have symmetrical denominators.

The more ignorant you are, the greater is your actual 'free will;' and the less ignorant that you are, the less you have free will at all.

And so to some extent the usual theory of most religions is false: because in fact there is no such thing as God-granted 'free will.' There is only a sliding scale of intellectual realities based on conscious sentient knowledge as opposed to the lack of it. 

Sentient: able to perceive or feel things.

Conscious: aware and responding to one's surroundings, one's self, others.

Knowledge: facts, a practical understanding of something.

Now.

Now...

If I could 'show' you something, let you see - just like in a Hollywood movie - something that would make you feel incredibly good, uplifted, strong, positive, benefited, and therefore hopeful. What would be the implication of it?

I give him respect on this one - never mind it's an absolutely stupid story whose 'breaking' surprised absolutely no one. Still, you know, holidays! But there he was. And not complaining at all.

The sighs of relief from all over the world - man I could just feel it from here, which is pretty darn far away.

Peter Lavelle is originally from Beverly Hills so I mean, he does know the 'way' of it all, he is very familiar with the style, the mentality, the attitude (as the Americans like to say).

A lot of people have been pulled into line over the last year or so. And thank god. Of course I'm sure you all understand things are not exactly as everyone thinks they are - even the conspiracy theories are largely going to get it wrong here with the Jeffrey Epstein thing. Which is not to say he isn't, sorry wasn't a bad guy. But what did you want? Blood? And then what? The rest were going to go absolutely beserk and as it is they are pulling levers in the UK damaging power plants and so on now that Johnson has said 'no' to them all.

Oh yes we have problems looming - Europe is a major accident waiting to happen. China is very troubling. 

But you and I now, that should be a slightly different story. We have to keep some oil for our own lamps, that is true. And I am making it abundantly clear, that you can expect to see, as in literally SEE some weird and wonderful things happening on the world stage... Those who have taken things by the scruff of the neck behind the scenes are also going to have to assert with some forcefulness in the public sphere, their presence and technological capabilities.

Go and get yourself a free digital wallet. Go and do it if you haven't already done it. Don't waste your own time sitting on your hands thinking that life is somehow going to stop because 'the aliens have landed.'

You will have too much on your mind and on your plate afterwards. Do it now.

Right now you perhaps don't see what you can buy with your digital wallet. Don't make that mistake.

Nothing is really going to change - gold is still pure money. 

But see the thing about technology is it can play around with time to some extent: even bourbon drinkers can attest to that. Filtering alcohol through columns of charcoal has the same effect as leaving the stuff in wooden casks or barrels for years and years...

The internet and the digital space is all about logistics and time and motion.
