So many things that are presented as 'important guidance' or 'essential knowledge' - are simply tools that will distract you and entertain you (if they are decent enough), during the long phases of 'no money.'
For young people today, there are modern up-to-date mindset (okay 'toolset!') books such as 'the Grim Hustle' and these contain many crucial understandings.

And then there are also the old school books like 'Think And Grow Rich.'
But all the same, one needs to start out from the exact context that one is actually in, and not manufacture a false frame because of the assumptions provided in books - even though these books are useful too.
Depending where you actually are, then the 'landscape' of victory looks different...
We need to recognize the 'lay of the land.'
Today's society of people (such as it is) has been trained only to consume, and now it is going to die because of 'consuming' as an addiction.
In that context it is not morally a good thing to add to society's woes and ask its members to consume even more!
Neither can you provide solutions for it to recover from its illness; the illness is terminal - it is going to die.
And you can certainly die along with it, or you can survive this phase in human history.
Like Noah, you must prepare for 'the Flood.' Won't be an actual flood of many waters of course, that's just a term that indicates something catastrophic.

When governments talk about the national mental health crisis, or the pandemic of stress-related health issues, or addiction to opiates, what they are really talking about is the fact that they created something, they promote and promulgate it, and they are once more trying to provide solutions that the members of their various nations can consume -, presumably to get out of the troubled consequences of idiotic behaviors.
Well they never can 'get out of them' unless they stop doing them.
And they won't stop doing them because the governments in the first place make them do the things which cause the final problems - and they the ordinary people (well, really all the people more or less) are in many instances addicted to the problematic behaviors.
Depending on the terrain, the battle out of the 'under fire' landscape can involve some effort and take a little bit of time - and then again, it also depends on how far out of the situation you want to get. Sometimes being 'half-way in' is better than being all the way out but in some radically more complex place.
So anyway it is a battle and you are at war.
So there is bound to be pressure and unknown moment-to-moment resolutions - and the unknown causes anxiety.
But also, other things which are unseen cause a lot of anxiety. And let's deal with those in a minute here.

But before that, you have to have a plan and a clear and rational objective to get to. And you have to be working on executing the steps of that plan to get you to where you want to go or else you might end up 'somewhere else!' (...aka somewhere you didn't wish to go). Being dragged there by other people's plans.
They have their plan, but you must have your plan.
Again, many things depend on what your own personality type is, some people like or need being around people and need to feel the sense of belonging, while others are complete lone wolves, so to speak.
It doesn't matter which one you are (or anything in between), but you cannot be spoon-fed a solution by anyone - you need to devise a personally-designed, custom solution that will work for yourself based on who knows you best; namely you.
You need to find pay-offs every day. At each turn, at any given moment.
You need to be given a real reason to fight on at all.
But everything around you is a Cave of Jewels.
The Tree of Wonders grows within you.
Everything is yours to command, or is a serpent to slay - we don't slay dragons; dragons protect Treasure.
SOLVING THE STRESS/ANXIETY ISSUE.
People today are not in need of 'time management' tools. They are in need of sleep management tools and not just that, they are in need of sleep.
There is no point resorting to pharmacy and doctor-prescribed medicines; these don't work. They can 'sedate' you, and they can cause loss of consciousness - but those things are not sleep.
Lupine (non-US spelling 'Lupin') flower tips, or seeds too, and liquid components just beneath the skins of tomatoes, will do the same things because they are the same things. And if you add them with grapefruit skins and pith, they really are the same things! And bromelain from pineapple (and any Bromeliad flowers) and magnesium from whatever source can help too, especially with tight or cramping muscles.

Even if you had been one of the long-term readers here, and are already using some form of 'dream sequence' procedure, the dreams you have and recall, can be caused not by you, but by transient fields from other people and from the static psychopathy node effect of big cities (Chase Hughes calls this the 'walk by the fallen' effect).
Again, a lot depends on your own philosophical outlook or religious beliefs - but you do need to block out all of these external energetic fields.
Anything that is of the unseen, is a 'god-level' matter. Moreover, these are today's society-wide problems; and therefore they are beyond the personal human scale - you could say in a merely mundane way 'god-level' as a turn of phrase.
You need to consult at the 'god-level' with the Divine Sources, to resolve those matters.
Acupuncture is treated differently in the hands of 'lineage Taoist magicians,' for example, than by those with broadly-speaking Western training, who are under the impression that using metal needles at meridian points will cause the circulating nodal intersections to move flows of invisible 'Chi.' I mean they will yes, but they also open, just like tattoos do, entry points to any external energies...
Which means that unless the practitioner did the requisite 'fu' protocols, the energy around you when you are having the acupuncture is 'unknown.' It should be known, it should be benevolent. Watch some 'Tin Yat Dragon Taoism' videos on YT. They are pretty okay when it comes down to the meaningfulness of the actual content.

Some 'anxiety' comes from one's own anger and rage, and we will deal with that next up.
But for now if you go back a few posts here and locate the 'Dream Sequence' (I can't even remember what the link was called!) techniques, you can for sure start to do those things - but
and this is a very big 'but' (lol) - you need to find some format that your inner mind accepts that prevents access to yourself and your 'sleep mind/dream consciousness' by foreign unwanted forces.
If you read Ancient Classic Greek, then you know that using oil, Frankincense and Myrrh, and blue or purple dye on each one of the main energy portals: forehead, eyelids, ears, mouth, neck, nape of neck, palms of hands, heart, right side of torso - are key to blocking all incoming evil things; because that is what the Healer Goddess Iaso teaches in the Mystery Cult (which is secret and is not written down anywhere and no one knows it who has never been inducted into those secrets).
...And if you are a Christian and follower of the Healer God Iasos, then you will basically be doing the exact same things, right -, though sometimes this is because of one of the Medeas (Mary's) doing that in their 'Testament' texts after the Death and 'Healing from Death' of the Healer God.
And all your dreams will be good if not necessarily they will come true right away.
