King Josiah - the 16th king of Judah, around 640-609 BC - altered the religion of the Jews. Prior to him, there was nothing monotheistic about the Hebrews and their ideas and practices to do with the Divine.
Claiming to be from the House of David (although that is impossible; it's only possible in the same way that Windsors claim to be the 'royal house of Great Britain...'), and reacting to a strong personal animus against his father and grandfather, Josiah (aka 'Yoshiyahu' and more or less the same as the way many people try to say that the actual name of Jesus was this one or like it), forbade the veneration of

He also constructed what is today called the Deuteronomy of Moses, which was of course not written by Moses but by scribes working for King Josiah.
Josiah re-wrote the whole narrative about Babylon, making out that Babylon was some evil place and that there were 'fallen angels' there who were consorting with the people.
And this is completely illogical unless you want to have a Supreme Divine Intelligence capable of making such serious mistakes as creating angels of his own which subsequently 'fall.'
Until that time in ancient history, there were places where certain people did meet with otherworldly beings in 'high places.'
This matter of breaking off interactions happened also in China, albeit much earlier, where the Emperor Shun Yen formally forbade humans from any more consorting with the powers of heaven and the beings who came from there.
Rather than any of those otherworldly powers making humans to be slaves to them, it was a series of worldly rulers down here, who established the current system of human society - in which there is no recognition of any actual 'other-than-earthly' intelligent life.
It is very likely the so-called Garden of Eden is in fact the ancient gardens of Babylon.
Each and every time there has been any person or group who sought to re-engage in some kind of systematic interaction with the people from above, governments have clamped down very violently on this. The Romans together with help from the Sanhedrin Jews, did it to the Essenes, and had it not been for the fact that Ptolemy II was not a Jew, then even the Book of Daniel would have been erased from the canonical texts - as already has been done to so many others which are nevertheless actually canonical books and acknowledged to be so, but removed from the standard published Bibles.

A dot is not the only thing in the material Universe. A line from the center moving around that center develops a circle, and a line is a series of dots in a special order (linear). There is no such thing as 'the One' that rules this material Universe: there are a number of completely different things all working together which do.
The concept of slavery comes from the concept of hierarchy, which places a dot at the top and everything else below - whereas this is not the nature of the matrix of material reality at all as a whole.
Most if not all, of even the Dead Sea Scroll literature, characterizes things like the 'white clothing of the Essenes' as actually white fabric as such - whereas every schoolboy knows that 'white' is a light frequency effect that smooths out the potential dissonances of color into a system where all things are working together.
It is not 'God' who is one; it should be the group of intelligent sentient beings who are working together as one.
Thus all of the standard religions are an inversion of Truth and Reality.
The reason you get taken to the 'white room' in the satellites above the Earth run by the otherworldly people, is that there, all of the dissonances that you must needs acquire to your being from living in the world, are modulated; removed.
You must undergo this process before they will allow you to interact with any of them very obviously and closely.
That is a pic there of wailing power outside an ancient wall... You can't keep living in a fraudulent past.
What does that mean 'Until you are clothed with power from on high?' What is that - a white cloth or fabric? Joseph's coat was just fabric, was it?
The cloaks of Adam and Eve, well these were just pieces of actual material hand-stitched (according to the Hebrew legend) by God?
This does not completely go to such things as how such malicious things were able to happen to the inhabitants of the Earth, but taken in context that virtually all religions have an 'Eden/Golden Era' story, then at least it is widely held that there was a different time when things were better. The standard narrative is that man himself and man alone made some serious mistakes but this again makes his Creator a failure - in all logical practicality and necessity thereof. And then how is it that God was unable to resolve the mistaken ways of humans? This again calls into question the power and ability of God. The Biblical 'Eden/Adam' story makes out clearly that there were other humans living here.
The most obviously logical reality, is that Man is an intrinsic piece of the Universal Intelligence imbued with the Monad - and that it is knowing men themselves who are re-drawing their state and status because those occult practitioners on the Dark Side know that 'god/s' are here in the form of human beings, living also dying, but able to be subjugated because of an enforced ignorance of their own power. Whilst ever they are kept in ignorance they can be enslaved. What is 'Darkness' other than the Force of Ignorance? Ignorance is a preternatural power which resides along the dynamic continuum of life only as far as the human being - in terms of any stepping function of sentient life. That is why advanced ET Aliens are very afraid of showing up here, at least not obviously so - because of the deadly poison of ignorance; which is the Primal Serpent.
What you are up against is indeed a preternatural power but that power is inside some evil human beings - it is not elsewhere; not all of humanity is by nature essentially 'good.' The human mind stands at the bridge of death and Eternity - evil dies but it is a power and exerts tremendous force whilst ever it is manifested in men.

The article basically talks about a current crop of so-called 'psychonauts' who are doing things with 'mind-altering substances' that apparently (in the article's words) yield them a feeling, illusory or not, of being in contact with supernatural-seeming entities.
There is nothing about what any of us here have been talking about to do with 'mind-altering' anything. Unless you are in full possession of your complete and rational, totally conscious mind and own self, there is not much point 'being in contact' with anything - and expecting to take away material substance from such affairs!

Bluntly, what I have been attempting to say, is merely that we must do away with false mindsets and incomplete mindsets given to us as the social legacy of years, indeed centuries and thousands of years, of missteps in thinking about the humanity (framework) and the reality framework.
That is the only 'altering of the mind' that I have ever talked about.
You can feel better, or clearer, or have less distracting thoughts by eating food and drink as medicine - that is just plain knowledge.
But if you look at the extremely broad Western sociological influence of the traditional Jewish bible, for instance, on the Western mindset, one must take a step back and understand that there are several things going on with it and we must undo some brainwashing first in order to grasp 'heavenly reality' compared with preached propaganda about it.
Firstly, there are references in the Bible to people and places and things, and all of them may have existed - except just not in the ways Jewish writers and later modern translators are saying.
For example - 'Jehovah' was originally a mountain identity who was only one of the 'Els' or 'baals' and morphed away from his violent character to the legalistic one, only when the cultures moved away from the Bronze Age and into the plains agricultural one. I am indebted to Dr Justin Sledge for making this crystal clear in a scientific historical way in his discussions about 'Baal/Jehovah' on his YouTube channel - and remember, Sledge is a Jewish person. So he's going to quite some personal lengths to be objective about it all.
'Jehovah' had a wife - Asherah - and had a 'Divine Council' of several other 'Els.' And indeed, you cannot get away from the reality that the pronomial suffix for her is used in the Old Testament regarding Asherah and so, hey, unfortunately for all fixated modern-day 'monotheists' there is no such thing reflected in the Bible!

So I am going to be very strongly assertive of the following thing first and foremost:
If we just propose prescriptive things -, techniques like the modern pseudo-Sanskrit culture or Tibetan Mahayana 'meditation' folk want to talk about and have group sessions about and so on, then we are placing a completely artificial constraint on what is a supposedly unlimited and unconstrained matter: that of 'god' and Divinity.
So yeah sure you can play around with alchemical drinks and chanting and chakras and whatever else - but those things are only ways of trying to block your senses from being distracted by daily Earthly suffering and 'tugging' on your conscious attention for time... ...in order to focus on something much more important.
If, you are with some other people who all want to be in a particular harmonic conformation, then it is one way to achieve that by everyone deliberately syncing their auditory senses and their visual senses.
The human being is just a material, organic animal thing, but with a bridge to another level of being - which is something to do with its brain and its mind.
Does not mean people actually use their brains to enter such a reality at all. They can do, they could do - but they rarely do.

And that is a reason to use 'drinkable inks' for example, from a very special time in human societies - the Venetian and Florentine one. Those things don't alter you mind; they concentrate your mind.
You could just as easily go into a mosque and bow to Divinity, or go inside a cathedral and stand in the colored lights thrown by the stained glass - and block out the world and focus on Divinity. But if you go to those places and listen to fools who are simply telling you handed-on narratives about 'god in the past' or 'god in the distant future' then you are bringing back into a should be 'bounded off space' the same Earthly gibberish that holds people back in the swamp.
An ordinary human being cannot see around corners. Everyone tugs on you every day for things they are literally not entitled to have, but they want them from you and they want you to do what they say in order to get them from you...
Well is 'Wisdom' something they only had in the distant past? Were there only wise people 'back then' and not ever now?
How is the statue of Sofia in Bulgaria depicting the Angel of Wisdom (as the modern Christians say) or the Goddess of Wisdom (Sofia) as it actually originally was - but only about some 'saint' of the past (who never existed, by the way) but is not functionally present, today?
Is Wisdom functionally present right now?

Then why are we talking about 'illusory' impressions, or 'mind-altering' substances, or 'contact with supernatural seeming' anything?
I want to talk about the here and now.
Wisdom is, not 'seems' or 'has been/was.'
Wisdom is difficult to grasp hold of firmly to begin with, yes - but that does not make it illusory.
You need to focus a lot to be able to see it and grasp it.
Why is a human?
Not just 'what is a human;' but why is there a humanoid-type figure - head, torso, limbs, hands, polarity...?
The 'control stone' of the human(-oid) is in the head. Like the control stone of ancient Sanskrit-Age 'vimana' temples, or the headstone/capstone of the Great Pyramid. It moves around because of its limbs. It acquires data through its sensory equipment. This is a structure - a mechanism; an organised dynamic mechanism. The highest levels of that mechanism are its consciousness and informing its behavior are moral concepts and ideals - those two categories of things are inextricably linked up together.
That is why the Apocalypse says 'And the tabernacle of God is with men (now) and he will dwell with them and God himself shall be with them.'
I don't have to have illusory visions or experiences with mind-altering substances, if there is real Divinity present. But the humanoid is one of the peak structural dynamic mechanisms/organisms in the existential Universe. We have been actively disconnected from the facets at the top levels of that structural set-up and that is why humans all wander around like lost sheep, thinking stupid thoughts, making useless and pointless bleating sounds.
Plug yourself back into the key facets just the one time and all of a sudden you will be able to see around corners and go backwards and forwards in time, almost like bi-location, and for sure you will connect up to very advanced other people and 'beings' but these are all still humanoid beings - other than that there is clearly a Cosmic Computer in the sense that there are pure mathematical components and geometries enforcing physics facts right across and completely throughout the whole Universe, full stop.

Man is the Paragon. But not disconnected men, disconnected Man.
The problem is this: a person might want to - say for instance - meet with and talk with actual physical Extraterrestrials, who possess very advanced technologies and everything else that goes along with advanced societies and cultures.
Well just expect it!
There is nothing you need particularly to do to have it happen.
There is everything you need to do to prepare for such a thing.
The question is not 'Can it happen?' The question is not 'What do I do to make it happen?' The question is 'Are you even ready?'
God is not a sometime thing, or a next time thing, or some other time thing, or a long ago times past thing. It is a right now today, here-and-now thing. Obviously your brain's patterns can be 'seen.' We already can do that with modern man-made equipment.
What makes anyone think advanced civilizations cannot easily also read your mind?
If you plugged your brain, and by extension your mind, into the Universe's ultra-mathematical core, its 'supercomputer' as it were - it would fry your brain and destroy your mind, unless you were harmonically aligned with the Universe as a complete integrated and intelligent whole, itself. Would that make you 'God?' No, it would not. But would it make you part of the intelligence of the unending Eternal Universe? Well yes it would.
Let's say you got connected, and then you wanted to meet up with very advanced other people/beings?

The converse position is that if a substantially complete set of your neurons were all firing at the same beat patterns, and your sensory energy system was functioning at those harmonic frequencies, then if, this were all aligning to how the Universe itself was patterning, then you would connect up automatically.
The human body is a machine, but one requiring a pilot. One that is actually in control and not one that is disconnected from all of the equipment entailed.
'I am Alpha and Omega.' The meaning of that is actually very clear. It is that 'Man' (humanoid living being) is the All as a concept. (Man is in the image of God; God is 'Alpha/Omega'). But a concept implicitly over time. In practical actuality it (Man) is a thing now in a condition of becoming.
You go to a mosque or a church and simply parrot stupid thoughts and anyone with the technology can 'see' you. Your mind is easily read.

There is this old Taoist story, about a sidewalk seller of goldfish. He sits there every day, has done for years and years since the guy telling the story has been a young child - but he (the person telling the story) can never recall the man ever having sold any fish.
And so of course one day he (the man telling the story) wonders - well, but how does this old man keep doing this? He makes no money from selling the fish and sure, every now and then someone throws him a small coin...

Ideas and matter - material things - are the same composite substance. They are just in different boundary state conditions.
Material things seem to move but in reality they do not move as much as ideas are able to move - they are gelled up, and form around shapes and densities and discrete kind: liquid, gas, fiber, mineral, metal, rock.

Ideas are like the Egyptian pyramid - they are all composed more or less of the same or similar substances, but they line up underneath each other, in strata from purest to least pure in mathematical order.
What is 'mathematical order' itself if not an idea? It is an Eternal Form. One of several though not limitless ones.
What gives things the semblance of 'limitlessness' is iteration - which is another one of the pure Eternal Forms.
Inferior thinkers always ask 'what is energy? Isn't energy necessarily different from matter?'
No. Energy is an effect of the Universal Field, which itself is the highest Eternal Form stretched out and in which there is dynamic tension.
The Eternal Forms have no meaningful real resistance applicable against them and can move freely throughout the Universal Field. The Universal Field is therefore the container of them all.
However the Eternal Forms can and do have partial resistance against them when wells of dense conditional boundary state places appear in what you can say is the grid or matrix of the Universal Field (some location in the Field; but not of the Field).

While most religious systems propose that there is some ultimate superior one single thing, or identity, or substance, or intelligence that is 'better' than every other thing and rules everything, this is not correct. There is only one whole and complete thing - of which intrinsically as the identity of the thing itself, there are a number of other necessary things present each of which is inexorably linked and literally part of the whole and its substance.
Thus, 'the Holy Spirit' is when some human person, merely thinks in exactly the same way as the Eternal Forms and the Universal Field does. Harmony is one of the Eternal Forms.
And so the absolute link between human and deity is Harmony.
A material thing which is obvious to your senses does not last forever.
An idea though, does or can do and it also can 'disappear' and then re-appear.
The problem for people who cannot abide this description is that they are able to perform no practical examples in which the power of their own explanations out-gun the power of the Eternal Forms when some human harmonizes their thinking with those.

It is a very fundamental thing.

One of the things that... ...well, it's actually two different things - that hold me up from posting here all the time all time all the time, firstly is the desire not to encourage the fetishizing of things.
You know I could post on a whole bunch of things, and they would look so good when you see them or even hear about them (because some of them you will have heard about, literally for the first time), and then you would form a good feeling about them and wish to go out and buy them and then show them off eventually, and after a while you would be fetishizing them.
I have to have this thing, or that thing, before I can go to the opera. Because then all the people there would know I am someone special...

Oh yes do not think they won't notice you and that it's always just about them -, because yes that is true to a large extent but part of that whole thing is about how they compare others to their own power and status.
It feeds the ego when you show off to all and sundry. We do it naturally because we are, superficially, socially animals.
In reality however, we are social only with those of our own true kind.
In terms of materialism, most of the human race among the standard middle classes is fixated upon the life purpose of owning property.
If you are spiritually dead, this has the ultimate effect of chasing a grave for yourself.
And regardless of that philosophical fact, the other truth is that what is of material substance is hardly ever of actual financial substance in liquid form; and then, it need not be of sufficient financial substance eventually as realized-upon capital either.
As interest rates move to their peak in the cycle, it becomes less and less possible to turn real estate into cash, and yet ever greater will be the need by government to re-float their currencies via the discounted bond sales.
Now you either think that governments are less permanent than real estate - or that in fact, it is governments that like all true parasites, are the most difficult to get rid of entirely, and that real estate goes first, long before you can get rid of any prevailing regime or overlord-ship system.
If that is true - and it is correct and true - then as an investor your are far better off at all times not owning property but having a means to buy discounted bonds!
Practically-speaking, one must be able to straddle the two things in such a way as to be more invested in the liquidity of pure currency as capital but also have a place to reside.

Wars and large-scale catastrophes happen and they happen with far greater frequency than people suppose.
'Currency systems' are multi-located and can be moved out of a crack in the Earth caused by an earthquake - but your average building cannot be.
You can have exactly no money in your pocket but extensive knowledge about money and you will prevail in all kinds of circumstances, but if you are the fool with the ten million dollar penthouse drawing fifty thousand a year in fees and rates and general costs before any other thing, well...
The religious philosophical side to all of this specific thing about 'money' is that the Bible says to 'store up in heaven your treasures.'
Well what does that actually mean?
For a start we are all living down here on Earth.
And it is not acceptable to indulge in the foolish matter of 'pie in the sky when you die' stuff because that is no way dissimilar to the idiot hunting around for his own grave (aka a property investor).
Which means that you will have certain things with you, when you are able to acquire them.
And those things distinguish you from all others, or that is to say, far and away most others on the planet.
'Heaven' is here. Right here and right now because you are potentially, in it, at its edges.
You are quite materially distant from its central parts but nonetheless you are part of its reach and intrinsically a citizen of it.

You might not have a very good radio which can tune into the broadcasts from where things that count are going on, but then again, that's your own fault.

This is an existential fact.
There are some good people here too. And that is another existential fact.

The second thing that holds me up is the sheer dearth of ideas and images that are novel, interesting, instructive, sufficiently potentially informative in significant ways, from outside. From the actual modern culture as it is exhibited around the place widely. We are dying as a civilization - this is clear.
Things are repetitive, superficial and banal if not entirely crass, and stilted because they are political in ways designed to advantage regimes that have control maliciously and parasitically.
And people, worse yet, believe these things and not other things.
People prefer to believe the mass social programming and not logic or sense or reason or evidence that substantiates strongly-held belief.
I believe that people memorized, word-for-word, the Quran as recited by the Messenger during his lifetime and that children widely dispersed around the globe today are able to recite the thing word-for-word, not one word or even a dot missing or out of place and hey that is evidence, right?
Not right.
'The Kingdom of Heaven is coming later' - because it is for sure not here now, right?
Not right.
Just don't fetishize it when you see it, or things from out of it.
Of course, well, to some extent you will do that naturally. That's okay.
I'm just trying to steer as far clear of showing too many of the wrong kinds of enticing things as possible. And hence I post a lot of ridiculous rubbish that is too out-of-reach to be genuinely enticing or realistic to seek to 'have.'
Secondly, whereas I do know of some things that are quite interesting, they are closely parallel to a certain commercial product (for example such as the CBD oil-infused - a very bad idea - thing) that is given out to First Class air passengers to help them sleep on the flights - and so I really am trying to stay away from discussing anything to do with it.
It seems like a very enticing, luxury thing (the way it is marketed). But it is not.
I mean you can try and convince yourself otherwise all you like but many products literally prescribed by doctors have known highly-dangerous side-effects such as thyroid-related issues and even pancreatic cancer, and many like the CBD oil that is being promoted everywhere now is a cumulative genetic toxin. Period.
That is what is known as the verbal anabasis - you go a long way to say how you are not going to say something and all the way along the line you are actually getting closer to it and then you say it anyway in the end.

Recently you will have noticed that the tone here is mostly all trying to be 'up-beat' and we have not spent too much time on all all of the bad things going on very evidently around us in the world today.
You simply must, engage in your own mind, those thoughts about good things, and maintain strong ideas of who you like to be around.
People for thousands of years have all thought that 'spiritual' means invisible or non-material or different to what we know about in the world around us.
It doesn't mean that. It means literally the thoughts; the thinking and the process of thinking itself.

Because the 'Kingdom of Heaven' is a real place and a real thing. Yes there is a 'spiritual dimension' because there are a lot of thoughts entailed.
In the ancient Sanskrit Vedas, it is asked 'do we create thoughts, or is there something there intrinsically first and then we fabricate some dynamical structure using those things?'
An intelligent thought that creates substance in the material world, emerges from a panoply of sounds and Eternal forms or vibrations.
You cannot go further out into nothingness and the Void, without getting ever closer to yourself.
The mistake people make is in supposing that they cannot literally die in their 'spirit form' but they can for sure.
And that's because they get out further and further from the intrinsic thought forms.
This is what 'evil' is, and what it means and how it comes to be.
You will never get, for example, some evil person, or someone who is behaving wickedly or intent on doing harm unjustly, to mouth certain sounds...
Conversely, if you wish to preserve your own life and establish your wealth, you must harmonize with certain Eternal vibrational forms.
You must conform to something which is very real indeed.
