U R Now: CONNECTED

The one thing Carl Sagan said in the Condon Committee Report that was broadly correct, was that ultra advanced technological civilizations in the Universe must tend to destroy themselves eventually, or to destroy others around them and be destroyed.

It is true. Up to a point. Those that remain are very very few. And all they can do is remain to themselves or do as much as is advisable to stop others on the same development path from becoming that self-destructive thing.
