'With every beat of its tiny wings, the butterfly creates a shared rhythm...'
...So part of the main message of 'the Butterfly Effect' goes. It's also the opening/intro lines of the regular broadcast music program called 'Tritonia.'
The fact is that here, we are starting to verge closer to 'proprietary' stuff.
'Proprietary' does not always mean just 'for money alone' because if you look at things like the Dolby Studios marketing technique, sometimes it is a way of protecting exclusive information and technology.
The Butterfly Effect is the title of several books by various people and at least two Hollywood movies with different endings but essentially the same story and actors and so on; there's like an 'editor's cut' plus another version with a completely different ending
The true origin of the phrase and its core metaphor is a 1963 paper by Edward Norton Lorenz concerning the idea that small changes to highly sensitive initial condition states were able to balloon out to very large, even drastic eventual changes to the whole system. He had drawn his hypothesis from much earlier work by the mathematician Henri Poincare.
But these are just your typical maths-predictable standard model projections based on presumptions of 'mechanical' system connected-ness that are contained in the model's parameters to begin with.
When we start to look at CIA-applied work of much more modern scientists, then we move into actual technical understandings of what any real connected-ness is actually there...
And there is and that is what makes what we have been talking about recently so significant that it will start to scream out in the minds of some of you who will grasp its importance - maybe the value, you can say.
The 7 hertz x 10 milliseconds equation of human consciousness is so important that once you 'get it' and how it ties directly to the geomagnetic field (of the Earth), then if, you start doing things via which you do 'see' these bright light or torch-bearing figures, and when you begin to receive external feedback - that is, from some intelligence source not you yourself or your imagination and so on - the full implications become stark.
Dangerous, starkly dangerous.
Also good of course when done without any need for the application of violence somewhere against something or someone...
How much agency does the simple individual have, though?
I think you are taking risks if you think you can do just whatever you want - fundamentally because if we as humans have only just come to learn of these things as actual scientific realities, then you have to accept that much more advance sentient beings will have known about them all along. And that they can 'see' what you are doing.
And maybe they might object if you don't consult...

Alain Delon and friend that you all know. Ideas of money and glamour from the past. |
The standard human 'morality case' narrative always comes from all of those basic human social propaganda programs like religions, especially the large-scale institution ones that have long since left off the super-important cultural imperative as preservers of ancient records, books, literature, language.
So apart from grandiose institutions whose main objectives these days is money and power, who do you consult?
I should think it's pretty obvious and clear.
But I have always thought that the first best thing for people relatively new to these things is a personal experience - that is to say, they they should have a personal experience which leaves them as to absolutely no doubt whatsoever about the hard reality of what they are dealing with.
I guarantee you that you can have one.
Guarantee it.
The reason CIA and DARPA and all of those guys would say this is proprietary information form this point in, is that they know they cannot use it themselves. So the best thing for them, if they want to maintain the status quo, is to deny it from you.
Stop you from having it.
It's not that they want to keep the information for themselves so that they can use it exclusively - they cannot use it at all!
I need but drop the name 'Dr Michael Persinger' now for some of you who are thinking 'ah no, this is crazy stuff, it can't be right' for them to check into that and be stopped hard in their tracks.
LOL

The modern Shakespeare producers realize that 'fairies' might look different these days. |
What did I say? I guarantee.
That kind of thing does not come lightly from someone like me.
I wanna hear from those who are not having success finding 'the Light-Bearer!'
Of course those who already know and who do - stuff - have important, significant sometimes, details to impart.
But they already know.
What about the poor kids who are going 'hey, why am I being left out?'
You're not being left out.
[This thing below doesn't start getting going till 2 and half minutes in!]
