The Mechanism/s Of Human Social/Political Power

It is not easy to explain in short form online anywhere, the real methods and means of actually engaging with any advanced 'other' beings that may be around the place.

In part it is due to the fact that what people construe as 'agency' or their own agency - is in fact long-term social-programming masked as human individual agency.

What they are doing when they exercise 'agency,' is become a unitary distributed agent of someone else's wishes, not their own - albeit it will seem to them to be their own, generated by themselves internally.

Human political power is not actually power as such, but only the mechanism by which someone prepared to abuse another person's feelings and exploit that situation, gains an advantage surreptitiously without the true test of like-for-like category forces.

This whole entire ethos is spread right out through the human society across the planet, so much so that almost anyone attempting to communicate across time and linear distance barriers, or through 'Stargates' or whatever -, is tendering themselves as the 'agent...' ...whereas they are not the direct source of their own individual personalities and intents and personal wishes - but indeed only an agent.

And when the human social system functions literally on the basis of exploiting other people's emotions and feelings - then any advanced culture and species can (easily) see through that and will stay away.

We are privileged today, compared to our ancient history - even though some early writers did explain it using the words available to them at the time ('a stream of light goes out from the human, as well as that light is all around them...'), because our current science labels something very small that moves rapidly everywhere, through everything (mostly through) Neutrinos, and so we can more readily conceptualize the theoretical possibility of communication via sub-atomic particles and with forces that are similar to or interact with, the standard rules of gravity.

Neutrinos are said to have three (at least three) states none of which are charged particle electron states but which carry information potential because of their three discernible, distinct states.

The moral exercise of real power,
is all about the story.

A human feeling, or emotion, arises from a series of, or sets of, bio-chemical and human physical actions upon and reactions to, material stimulus.

So there must be interposing material circumstances, connections, between external objects and the human internal sensory awareness.

Hearing is not possible without a gas or atmosphere medium. Seeing is not possible without light travelling between the object and the subject with vision. So it's all about gross sensible material conditions.

And that is the level on which mass-scale human social programming over thousands of years, has occurred.

However, I could, if it were possible to recruit and organize sufficient clouds of Neutrinos, kill you at a distance.

That is power.
