Now, for the most part, money laundering falls into two categories - the first, in which very large and important corporates use various mechanisms and things available to them, to reduce their exposures, and the second, that applies mainly to petty drug criminals and the like, which tends to be a business activity individually sub-million dollars though around at least the million dollar cash amount.

 

There is of course, a third category, in which extraordinarily clever people legally reduce their taxes to 'nil' and have instant access to massive amounts of cash at any time and there will be simply nothing authorities can ever do about it. Almost always strictly European in character, accessible only to the very bright, and impenetrable by the dumb.
