Okno space surveillance system in Tajikistan |
...And certainly not just because I commented that there was traffic about some 'event' or 'incident' of an unusual nature going to take place on the 4th of July this year, 2018.
All the same, it's worthwhile noting that the famed 'Roswell UFO incident' is commemorated on the 4th of July - because William Brazel, a homestead foreman, retrieved materials from the supposed crash site on the 4th of July 1947, even though the actual crash was meant to have happened a week or so earlier. And I suppose this (4, July) is the important date because facts and hard evidence are the really significant things, aren't they - picking up some actual debris from the crash of whatever the thing was, was the most valuable thing.
Today, when there are so many cameras readily available to the hands of so many people just, well, everywhere - people can't get away with simply making verbal claims about something they saw: pics or it didn't happen!
And the next fact that requires to be taken into consideration is that there are hundreds of space surveillance installations - radar and radio frequency sensor arrays as well as sophisticated optical telescopes - all over the world run by governments.
Today, if anything turns up for real - we'll see it and get decent pictures too.
