Today, everywhere in Western economies, real estate appears as a truly outstanding investment category.
This flies right in the face of some stark facts:
While the global population seems to have always been on the increase for centuries, its actual population growth rate has catastrophically fallen to below the rates of the 17th century.
Birthrates have fallen, and the rapidly rising average age of populations in developed countries means that people are getting infirm and dying off.
The standard media narrative is that dwellings and residences are in short supply.
There is in fact a dramatic over-supply of dwellings.
Now you can, if you want, believe long and hard that buying real estate and 'investing' in property is the way to make you wealthy - and you are going to lose your shirt doing that but that's up to you.
Three things are already happening:
The standard and quality of urban places has and still is falling rapidly
The actual costs of living are dramatically rising
The quality of life (including standards and quality of education) has fallen significantly
The general perspective is and has been, that 'new' forms of money are high in relative price because of two-dimensional supply and demand arithmetic reasons.

The possibility however, is that digital currencies like the obvious one BitCoin, are nominally 'high' because they actually are forms of money, where standard printed government notes and deposits are not, but instead are tokens sponsored by the authority of those governments with too many rules and constrains to allow them to legitimately be defined as 'money' at all but instead are 'gateway tokens,' and not actually sponsored by the pricing mechanisms of value exchange and economic equivalency ratios either.
Those things that are actual money, are going to show up the reality of values in the economy and also in the wider idea of the social economy framework.
In a situation, that is to say in a national and global economic market framework, in which the nominal realization of 'value' is a projection essentially of fraud enforced by a morally lost ruling authority - then it becomes no longer possible to secure automatic profits through the organic results of the excess factorial of supply and demand dynamics.
This used to be an assumption, literally a given, in economics... If you make more from sales than you spent to make those sales, then you would achieve a 'profit.' That was logically and necessarily a truth.
Today, for you to 'make a sale' of any product or service at all, you must own, rent, lease, or in some other way use, property.
And the cost inputs at that line are enormously exaggerated versus the underlying real economic forces at work.
This means that a moment will come to pass, at which there is a catastrophic alteration in the profits trajectory (profits to be realized) because the prices (costs) already paid and booked will vastly exceed the actual obtaining costs and sale prices at that moment and subsequently too there will necessarily be a sharp drop off in economy-wide demand.
It is possible to calculate very precisely when this will happen and it only takes a look at the population growth rate in a given economy to be able to imagine how to do it.
Because net production has always increased since the 17th century, there is a dramatic over-supply of goods and services compared with the underlying fall-off in population growth rates.
But there is a powerful lessening of demand in actuality, if not in nominal so-called 'gross domestic circulation velocity as depicted by Treasury and central bank figures (data); these are all lies.

And it is the fundamental reason that countries are allowing invading populations to break borders in some countries, whilst in other countries the governments have been encouraging over-priced permanent residency visas.
...It is because of a fundamental domestic demand cataclysm -, a fall in real demand across the board. This doesn't change prices because prices are being artificially set and enforced.
Current inflation is the direct result of government and central bank interference with markets.
These things are done because of the desperate fear that the ruling elites have, of real estate prices disappearing down the sink hole of modern advanced technology and good-looking houses that can be made from incredibly light self-replicating sheets of some ridiculously cheap to acquire new material with the hardness of steel, the durability of composite carbon fiber and yet the structural malleability of damp papier mache!

The question is what are the fallout consequences 'if markets die soon.'

The word species itself, means 'a group of living organisms consisting of similar individuals capable of exchanging genes or interbreeding.'
The point of genes, however, is something so far away from all of that, that it defies the comprehension of the contemporary, and broken, mind.
You can talk all you want about French wines and how they come from the best terroir, and how the best wines are from there, and the most beautiful land is there, and... ...It isn't true though, and that's plainly all there is about it. This is McLaren Vale and it is not in France.
The human mind - as a huge sociological group - is broken. And it cannot be fixed from here.
You see, although you can intellectually swirl away down into the ever-narrowing spiral of 'structural engineering,' all you want - when it comes to looking at living organisms at the gene level: you are missing a critical point about the actual end-result of genetic unfurling...
No two beings are alike.
Oh yes of course they have completely parallel structural engineering.
And that is where it all stops.

The concept that the genders represent the species, and then, that interbreeding results imply similarity of anything produced is crass beyond words.
You would think that someone who is an old hand at race horse matters for example, would never say such a thing except that horse racing is to do with racing (in other words it's simplistic and has a specific constrained purpose) - and humans are to do with something almost never even comprehended, much less thought of in the slightest.
There is 'abroad' currently, a theme going on where high-level government people are pushing narratives and fairy tales about ET Aliens and what they are now terming UAPs in place of the old 'UFOs' that everyone knew - and that theme is to the effect that Alien interference with things in this planet has to do with genes and genetic manipulation.
Well indeed, yes it has.
But not because - as the undercurrent has it at the moment - there is a sinister 'cult' of elites 'somewhere' in the dark, in the darkness, behind the illuminated front faces of politics, who are intent upon 'creating humans as gods' or a kind of a god. By which they simply mean, people who are stronger, who live longer, who are free from most diseases and organic flaws, probably who are also 'more intelligent' (whatever that means).
Whereas to 'be a god' according to the banal template thinking of these myopic 'modern science'-mongers, is simply to have reached a functional end-point of organic and physical perfection -, to those who possess authentic superior intellect, the continuous re-iterating of what the genes do, provides a canvas for art.
And there is no limit and there is no end to that art, and the sensibility of the aesthetic involved is way over the heads of far too many cheap lab technicians and 'muratore' masquerading as scientists.
You can use the wine metaphor and still extract the correct understanding of the whole thing:
You can tamper with genetic material all you want, or you can scientifically 'manipulate' it if you will - but science doesn't give you Beethoven or Michelangelo.
As one of our contributors - Bill Smith recently repeated to me - Beethoven has a way of focusing on a note, or just a few lone notes, before exploiting the pause to then release the power of the whole orchestra and take you away with its flood of sound; its audio 'tidal wave.'
But you cannot by virtue of simply observing such a technique with Beethoven, stick him in a test-tube! ...And pretend that you have bottled Beethoven!

Beethoven has limitless techniques. And you only have test-tubes. Test-tubes are the things that are generic in the way many people want to think 'species' and 'genes' end up with generic results.

While the whole of the Pentagon is imagining they have some handle on what supremely-advanced intelligent beings from five or six light years away are doing here on this backwater planet, none of them imagine they have Beethoven on board one of their space platforms!

The one that you can keep in storage for thirty years, maybe longer.
Nobody talks about a beautiful wine.

The soil of the grape-growing regions in Australia is millions of years old. By comparison, the soil of the wine regions of France are thousands of years, maybe some tens of thousands of years old at best.
Today, French wine makers are taking back genetic material from the vines in Australia to try and formulate new vines back in France that will grow grapes closer to the fruit produced there prior to the Great Phylloxera Plague of the late 1800's.

Most people today do not have sufficient time. Sufficient time to contemplate, or to enjoy their lives - even if they have some basic material 'wealth.'
We could, in theory, have a 'Destination Wine Evening' hosted right here, and post up short video clips of some cool people opening a couple of bottles of something very expensive together.
And the temptation is to set these videos at particular scheduled times, so that people from all across the globe might participate, if only via the on-line process. Even so, it would be pretty interesting.
But then again, who has the time to do any of this? To actually wait for some additional scheduled moment for some 'nuther important thing we all just have to do.
We all have enough of those as it is.
Argh, forget it.

This coming Sunday I am supposed to go to this group meeting of some women, mostly, in this pretty wealthy if quite small suburban community. From what I have been given to understand, this is going to be more or less like the meetings that the girls who go out to Sedona hold.
It will be interesting for me because I am also on a Primary School Board which is comprised of fifteen members, all of whom are women - except for me; the lone male.

'Rich' people have walls around their mansions - because they don't want robbers coming in and stealing from their material wealth.
This evening I found out that one of the most talented females I know currently living in California, attended her own local group meet-up just the other day - seems to have been a book reading gathering or something like that - and she said that she had never felt more alone and out-of-place in her life. Claims she was intimidated by the self-confidence and depth of knowledge of the women there.
I was shocked.
Except not really. This kind of thing I have heard from so many super-talented people all throughout my life - and it usually comes when they have let their guard down, maybe had a couple of glasses of wine...!
Often the default position of those who feel out-of-place in the society or in the community where they actually physically are, is to turn to the church ('a' church; any church) and women especially end up trying to go to book clubs or reading groups or something like that, hoping they will find not just deeper social connection, but people who will truly understand them.
And that is of course, the whole issue about the human race - that is, humanity as a social animal: it cannot ever find that place.
Sociologically we must entertain an existential fact - which is namely that humans got kicked out of 'Eden.'
Kind of underlying the clear default position, is this other notion that somehow 'we,' who cannot really and truly and deeply and without treachery and opposed motivations, get on with each other - somehow, we will 'find God' and get on with Divinity though. We can't get on with ourselves, but we will get on with God. Right?
You'd have to be a total psychopath to be an atheist and then pretend at the same time that you are getting on with others, 'truly and deeply,' and that it never bothers you, this categorical fact that they will not just regularly let you down, but literally betray you in most gruesome ways. Or that, claiming to 'understand human psychology,' you simply naturally expect that others might definitely regularly let you down and betray you and hey, that's okay...
...It's only okay if you are a psychopath and have no feelings.

I have no time for people who want to pretend stuff that just isn't real about how they feel in their lives.
I don't care whether you think or believe that those who think there is a God are just pretending - I do care if you pretend that you are not ever hurt by the behavior of human society towards you.
That's the only pretending going on, friends. God is hard to grasp hold of and stick in a lab test-tube; this is a fact. Speculating and even fantasizing about some wiser, stronger, more powerful as well as 'humanly' intelligent being, is no mystery, when it comes to the psychology of people!
But failing to address why it is that people in fact do not get on deeply, and failing to come up with widely-accessible strategies to resolve that problem - is the proof-positive that humans are not anywhere near as 'intelligent' as they all want to make out and to claim; especially 'sci-entists.'
You need help, my friend. Admit it -, just admit it and let's get on with the real ideas and the solutions for you that you have never ever seen or encountered before anywhere up till now.
